Bollywood evening classes with Ramiz Kareem

Rameez Karim is a queer, Montreal-based multi-dance genre choreographer, instructor and performer. He is the former Assistant Director of Bollywood Blast. He has learned from renowned Bollywood choreographers Saroj Khan, Shampa Gopikrishna and Baba Yadav. He has also learned from celebrity choreographers in Western styles of dance including Pavan Thimmaiah, Mark Samuels & Paul Becker. Rameez has worked for/ with artists such as Marc Dupré, Mia Martina, The Bilz & Kashif, Priyanka Chopra, Diljit Dosanj and Jassi Sidhu. On screen, Rameez has appeared in numerous music videos and films including “Ho Gayi Talli” from the Bollywood film Super Singh (2017) which has over 29 million views on YouTube. Rameez has choreographed and performed for some of Montreal’s largest festivals including Acces Asie, Taste of the Caribbean and Canada Pride.

Sargam Music Academy Montreal

Sargam Music Academy is a Bangladeshi cultural organization in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The organization was founded by Dorin Molly Gomes in 2014 to teach Bangladeshi songs, languge and culture as a whole. Besides its Montreal location, Sargam Music Academy has a branch in Lasalle. The academy offers training in Rabindra Songeet, Nazrul Geeti, Bangla classic songs, Bangla folk songs, Bangla patriotic songs, tabla, guitar etc. The academy also teaches French songs.
Sargam Music Academy is a well-known institute in Bangladeshi community in Montreal. The organization participates in various cultural events that portraits Bangladeshi heritage and culture.

The Art of Kathak with Sudeshna Maulik

Sudeshna Maulik is a spectacularly talented Indian Classical dancer Based in Canada and India she maintains an active performing career that spans North America, Europe and Asia.

Sudeshna Maulik has been studying Indian dance since the age of seven. She began her training in Calcutta, India, under teacher and guru Pt. Chitresh Das, and went on to study with Shri Ram Bharatiya Kala Kendra in New Delhi and at the National Kathak Institute under the mentorship of Padmabhibhushan Birju Maharaj.
